I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Cintas (Amarillo, TX) in Nov 2017
Interview
The process consists of many interviews and they use behavioral and motivational based interviewing techniques. Two of the interviews were over the telephone and the interviewers read from a script. It was very impersonal. I also was not allowed the opportunity to ask questions. Typically after an interview occurs, the interviewer asks if you have questions. After each interviewer read from the script the interview was over. After the third interview I called to inquire the status of the position and was told that I needed to reapply online again. I was not told if the position was filled by another candidate or if I was still being considered. I received no further follow up. This was a very time-consuming process that lasted many weeks. It’s unfortunate that after so much effort was put into the interview process that they did not feel it necessary to thank me for my time or my effort and just left me hanging. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth about this company. If they treat those who they interview this way it makes me wonder how they treat their employees.

Question 1
Give an example of a time that you questioned or had to give push back to a person of authority with an idea or problem. How did you address the situation and what was the outcome?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Salt Lake City, UT) in Mar 2026
Interview
Absolutely poor interview process. I was reached out to by a recruiter at Cintas in early March. I had a phone screening for 15 minutes that went well with her, and she moved me forward in the process. I ended up having FOUR interviews that were ONE HOUR each. After that, I didn't hear anything back from them. No phone call, no email, no text. Nothing. Fast forward to April, and I get a message from another recruiter asking me to apply and interview for the exact same position (HR Manager - Salt Lake City) that I had interviewed for before!
It makes me question whether or not their HR Manager opening in Salt Lake City is even real or not. Or if they intend to hire anyone for it. I am sure there were many other candidates that were as qualified, or even more qualified than I was for the position, and I would be willing to be they got the same treatment that I did!
I applied online. I interviewed at Cintas (Langley, BC) in Feb 2026
Interview
I had a scheduled phone interview where the interviewer called approximately 15 minutes late without acknowledging the delay. About 15 minutes into the conversation, the call disconnected. I attempted to call back immediately, but it went straight to voicemail and there was no follow-up. While technical issues can happen, the overall candidate experience felt disorganized.
