I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Cincinnati, OH) in Nov 2015
Interview
Depending on the role there are multiple interviews and typically start with a phone screen and then 3 interviews following. Everyone I spoke with was very engaging and explained the role and the company fully. The interview ended with a panel interview.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you struggled to relate to someone?
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
