Interview
I got a call from HR. Called me out to their office & hours away. They were interviewing all the management trainee positions on the same day. They put us all in the same waiting room, which I thought was unprofessional and awkward. Took a 120 question test, then I met with the manager. I got an email 2 days later saying they went with someone else.

Name a time where you went above and beyond what was asked of you
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
