I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cintas (College Station, TX) in Sep 2019
Interview
Very direct and strict. The recruiter din’t talked much. She didn’t answered my questions. She focuses strictly on the question sheet she was given. No personal interaction at all. Definitely one of the toughest interviews i’ve had

Interview
I had an interview scheduled after a recruiter reached out to me. I scheduled the interview and let them know I was looking to relocate. The recruiter didn’t read that part I guess and when I got on the interview I let her know again, she said she doesn’t oversee that region so she will forward my info to that region. My interview was at 3pm, I assumed the other recruiter would email me to set up a time, he called around 4:30 but I was working so I couldn’t pick up. No voicemail, no email, just never heard back.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas in Apr 2026
Interview
Was headhunted via LinkedIn, went very far into long interview process, then was rejected due to incomplete post-secondary, which they would have known before they headhunted me. Lack of organization and filtering through recruitment, however, fantastically structured company, lots of opportunity for hungry reps.
