I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Houston, TX) in Feb 2020
Interview
Great family environment, felt more like a conversation rather than an interview. I've had great experience meeting with several people from Cintas. Interview lasted about 45 minutes and was held at a University. They also had someone who is currently in the MT Program interview, which made a great fit to ask questions about the role in the end.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to gather lots of information and used it to attain a common goal
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
