I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Lexington, KY) in Mar 2019
Interview
Went in for an in person interview, interviewed with three different people including the branch manager. Every single question they asked started with "name me a time when..." it was like they didn't actually want to how I was qualified for the job and were more interested in my ability to make up stories on the spot.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
"Name me a time when you felt under-qualified for a role that you were placed in.
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
