I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Cintas in Jan 2020
Interview
Needlessly long. By the fourth or fifth interview the company should have a pretty good understanding of wether or not they want to hire the candidate, but for whatever reason it’s a needlessly drawn out process. They just keep scheduling one after another and bounce you around to different random people within the division you’re interviewing for. I threw in the towel after my 10th interview with them (not exaggerating literally 10) and this was a huge reason why.
Word of advice to Cintas-if you are hiring MT’s, you might want to consider shortening this ridiculous process. Most MT’s are recent or soon to be college grads who are interviewing at many different companies besides cintas, like I was myself. My graduation date was coming in close and I had to make a decision and I chose someone else over cintas because I had that offer secured and cintas just kept scheduling more “interviews”.
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
