I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas
Interview
Extensive! Took 4 interviews to finally get an offer. Once you meet the sales manager of the location you are applying at, you'll need to interview with them twice . Afterwards, you'll meet the regional director, which is probably the most difficult of the 4. Finally, you'll have a phone interview with a C-level employee (usually a VP of Sales). Following the phone interview, you'll wait a day or two until you get a call from the manager thanking you for your time and letting you know you'll be hired. Finally, you will need to pass a drug-screen (standard 12-panel) and get a complete background check/driving record check.

Question 1
Rank Money, Recognition, and Advancement in order of most to least important to you.
Long process, but very thorough. Got to meet many people inside of the company. They were very transparent in all my questions, and got me excited about the opportunities ahead.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Cintas
Interview
I had an interview scheduled after a recruiter reached out to me. I scheduled the interview and let them know I was looking to relocate. The recruiter didn’t read that part I guess and when I got on the interview I let her know again, she said she doesn’t oversee that region so she will forward my info to that region. My interview was at 3pm, I assumed the other recruiter would email me to set up a time, he called around 4:30 but I was working so I couldn’t pick up. No voicemail, no email, just never heard back.
