I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Cintas (Kingston, ON) in Oct 2021
Interview
Interview process was pretty standard, You have a phone interview for 15 Minutes then if you are selected, you go on to a formal interview.
Cintas HR , I just want to know why you make candidates jump through hoops for a basic admin position at 16 dollars an hour? If you are selected the position is not rocket science.
Candidates, it's a long process just a heads up.

Standard interview questions for a low paying position
I applied online. I interviewed at Cintas (State College, PA) in Nov 2025
Interview
Had three rounds, first was a phone interview with a woman who seemed responsive and easy going. Next I interviewed on site. The man was very straightforward and atypical in the sense that he wanted real answers and not something made up and fake. He wanted to know a negative trait of mine without spinning it into a positive. He said if I don't have an answer to not make one up if it doesn't apply. It was unorthodox but a little refreshing I guess. Next interview was another service manager. They seemed to like me and they had me meet with one last man who I think was the GM. So they had three interviews and the fourth they rushed me into so I didn't have to come back for the fourth interview.

Interview
There are four rounds of interviews. You start with a Prep Interview, followed by a second interview. After that, you have a third interview with the supervisor, and the final one with the HR person. Each interview lasts at least 30 minutes
