I applied through college or university. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Cintas (Miami University, OH) in Sep 2021
Interview
The process lasted 6 months, each interview longer than the last. The people and interviewers were great, but it was a very large waste of my time. and I was constantly getting asked the same questions. I eventually had like my 6th interview which was supposed to be the last one, and they were going to then have me visit the company to see if I liked it. It essentially felt like I was being extended an offer, and then months go by and I don't hear from them. I reach out, and I go through yet another interview which is just tell-me about yourself questions. Weeks later, I get a call saying they moved on with another candidate. I just felt like my time was wasted for 6+ months, I'm not sure why they needed to stretch the process out like that; it was a bit too much in my opinion.
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
