The recruiter was not engaged in the interview, She was monotone and did not seem interested in interviewing myself. It shifted the whole mood for the interview and made me even more nervous.

next step- may take several weeks but if move forward will have zoom with regional and then VP. If a turn down is not received then you are still being considered for the role. For me, step 1+2 happened within 5 days. TBD if I move to 2-3

I interviewed with the senior recruiter and the interview asked general management questions. Since I found out about the role through LinkedIn, the recruiter explained more about the role and responsibilities, training provided, and specifics about the actual region the role would be in.

Three step process with a field ride. Recruiter was first, pretty standard. Second was field ride and final with the general manger. Pretty straight forward process, took about 2 weeks.
