Interview
I was initially reached out to on LinkedIn. This led to an in-person interview with the hiring manager, which unexpectedly included a second interview with a Sales VP. From there, I moved on to a ride-along that threw another surprise VP interview at me, which was... fine, I guess.
During the ride-along, they asked me to make phone calls for the company and told me to set a meeting within an hour. The whole thing was pretty interesting - there were no clear instructions on how involved they wanted me to be in the customer meeting. I don't think the prospect even knew I was coming. So I had two options: sit there awkwardly like a lump on a log or engage in conversation. I chose to engage in conversation, lol.
After all that? No feedback, no offer.
Oh, and they told me they would pay me for the field ride, but I know I'll never see that money. I didn't feel comfortable asking about it when the recruiter called to tell me I didn't get the offer.
Bottom line? This was a MASSIVE waste of time at a critical period in my job search.

Interview
I had an interview scheduled after a recruiter reached out to me. I scheduled the interview and let them know I was looking to relocate. The recruiter didn’t read that part I guess and when I got on the interview I let her know again, she said she doesn’t oversee that region so she will forward my info to that region. My interview was at 3pm, I assumed the other recruiter would email me to set up a time, he called around 4:30 but I was working so I couldn’t pick up. No voicemail, no email, just never heard back.

Interview
Was headhunted via LinkedIn, went very far into long interview process, then was rejected due to incomplete post-secondary, which they would have known before they headhunted me. Lack of organization and filtering through recruitment, however, fantastically structured company, lots of opportunity for hungry reps.
