CIntas' interview process is very in-depth, no matter the role. For an entry level position like he one I applied for, the process was as follows:
1. Phone screening interview
2. In person interview with HR Manager
3. In person interview with the Manager you will work under
4. Interview with the General Manager
The entire process took a bit over 2 weeks.

Interview
Phone interview. Very easy and extremely relaxed. The interviewer asked question about my work history and the career goals associated with my degree. It was a pleasant experience. I am considering my options.

I originally had a phone interview and then was brought into the office for a Round Robin interview. I has five 30 minutes interviews with 2 interviewers in each.

Two Management Trainees for Cintas interviewed me for a summer intern position. They asked the typical questions to get to know me and why I think I would be a good fit for this position. At the end of the interview they gave me the email address to their human resources manager to set up another interview.
