I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2016
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me and said I would be a perfect fit for this role. A week later had a interview with 3 members of the team; 2 senior account managers, 1 director. Each interview had a cut off of 30 minutes.
The first senior account manager asked about 20 questions from a sheet of paper about my experiences and what I wanted to do in my next career.
The second senior account manager was not organized and asked a few questions and kept it short. It seemed like this person was having a bad day.
The director had an open interview with random questions and wanted the candidate to be a team player.
Each person has been with the company for 20+ years and when I walked throughout the building I only saw women working and no men (probably walked past 200 people). I didn't get the job and I believe it's because they want a woman and not a man. If your a woman, have an outgoing attitude, and want a career, they would select you in a heartbeat.
took a month to have all 4 in-person interviews that asked the same questions and be hired. You interview with different sets of people. the final interview is the GM. the questions are all the same with all of the people.
I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Cintas (Jacksonville, FL) in Mar 2025
Interview
4 Hours long, 3 Separate interviews between all the head managers spaced out and then shadowing someone on the floor. Once that is complete one final interview with the GM.

Question 1
Would you rather have an employee who does perfect work but is late or a worker who is always on time but does just an acceptable job?
Applied to the customer service rep position a while ago, got a voicemail from the company to call them back when I had time to talk over the phone about my experience and discuss the role so I called but never heard back.

Question 1
They said they wanted to discuss my experience, so I assume they wanted to know about what customer service roles I have previously been in.
