I met a recruiter at my schools career fair, 2 days later I had a 30 min in person interview. Easy questions just google basic interview questions for college students. 1 week later I interviewed at Cintas in Mason, OH for a Global Supply Chain Management Trainee Position. Cintas like any other global company is very selective. You need to be PREPARED for BOTH interview rounds. I had 3 30minute interviews (8 questions in each interview and 2 people asking the questions) with a small break in between each interview. I got to see the distribution center and warehouse. Nothing was intimidating about the process. There were about 12 people interviewing for 2-4 positions. Give very PERSONALIZED answers and try not to sound like everybody else or a book (meaning use your own words) when describing what things means to you and you should be in great hands.
Also I received a few gifts from the company: a portolia, pens, coffe mug, wallet at the onsite interview. And lunch was provided at the onsite interview.
There used to be a case study for this position but they got rid of it things are much easier.
