Cintas First Aid & Safety Sales Representative interview questions

5 interviews total I Started with a phone interview - then had an onsite - in-depth interview. Then had a field day and another on site interview. Then another 2 phone interviews

I was contacted by multiple people (regional managers, sales reps, etc) and recruiters for about 4 months prior to accepting an interview. I was hesitant based on the reviews I read about the company (culture, pay, benefits, etc). I decided to accept a call from a recruiter. I talked to her twice. Then that followed up with an interview with a regional manager. Overall the interview went really well, the manager was nice and informative. Overall, the micromanaging of in office cold-calling days and little autonomy in your territory along with the low pay and little PTO, it just wasn’t a good fit.
