Interview process lasted 8 weeks, just to finally get a call that they were moving on with different candidate. I first spoke with a manager on the phone who reached out Via LinkedIn. He was very nice and easy to talk to and we went forward and did an interview together. From there he moved me on to the next stage with the Regional Director and that was a more in depth interview where I was told I did not have enough experience. Almost 2 weeks later I got a call saying he liked me and wanted me to interview on 1 hour notice with the VP of sales. No hesitation, I hopped on the call an hour later and did that. During that call with the VP, I was told that was the last step in the process and I thought it ended well. Week later, I get a call from the manager that I have to do another interview with a different manager who I previously interviewed with in the past who denied me the job the first time around. No questions asked, I drive an hour to his location and did another interview and the guy treats you like you are wasting his time and annoying him. Again, I left interview with no clarity and would wait to hear back. After another week and 2 messages I tried sending that they did not reply to, I got a call saying they are moving on with someone else and ultimately wanted more experience. I am not sure why it took 8 weeks for a company to realize that. All in all, the initial manager I spoke most closely with was very nice to me. Others, debatable. Management is very stuck up and have that cocky attitude and treat you very inferior as if they all didn’t start exactly where I am trying to start. Overall, I’m thankful for the many interviews I got to do and the experience I can take away from this. I now value who I will be working for and how they treat me throughout the process.
Good luck if you want to pursue this company, great advancement opportunities and great training programs. Just be ready to wait a couple months throughout the process with very little direction as to where you are in the process.
