Walked in with resume. Met with Store Manager. We talked for about 40 mins. (He had to excuse himself cpl of times to attend to business) He described position and gave me store tour. Hired me on the spot. (He transferred to another store shortly thereafter but loved Ashley, new manager too! ) We made the workday fun! The whole crew!
