CircleCI Sales Manager interview questions

I submitted my resume and was told no to an interview then told yes, then told no and the recruiter canceled because I didn't "meet the requirement". The yoyo of scheduling and making time in my current day was not appreciated. Also no one is a perfect match for any job so why not take ten min to connect with a candidate, especially because it was a personal referral from a current employee. If someone who works there knows you and your ability that should warrant a bit of time. Advice to management... Challenge your recruiters to think outside the box.
