Applied through a recruiter, got invited for a face-to-face interview within 2 weeks after applying. The interview was in the new office in Edinburgh, Quartermile. Two rather young electronic engineers interviewed me in a private meeting room around a large circular table, I was given a few blank papers and coloured pens. Then I was asked to grab a seat so I pulled a chair, one of them said to me in an arrogant way : This is my chair, find a different one. So I grabbed a different seat and they started asking me informal questions about my academic/ work experience. After 15 minutes they started the technical questions It was a threatening evironment and they were not friendly. After nearly two hours of questions, I was taken into a tour around the office.
