Analog Design Internship
First round with HR people, and second round with two engineers. THe two engineers did not ask anything about my previous experience. They did not even ask for a self introduction, went strainght to my project and ask my project for 30 minutes.

They are interested in my project, but they ask very detail like what happen to the output if there is resistor variance, VDD variacne, etc.

Applied on Cirrus Website. Contacted by HR. The position is different than the one I applied. The first Interview was with the manager regarding my resume, The Second Interview was with a potential mentor about my resume but asked more technical questions. Did not get the same position I interviewed for but was offered a different position.

Interview
In person interview. A technical portion on oscillators, CMOS logic and more general CV and cover letter based questions. Did not hear back from this company even after following up. Find this to be unprofessional.
