Two rounds of interviews. The first round was about RTL design of a traffic light controller.Main aim was to see how design is done following coding guidelines and understanding of design. Second round was RTL logic of clock divider by 3

Pretty bad and unorganized interview, disappointed with the whole process. The hiring manager was unprofessional and before offering for the position, they tried to offer another position which was totally off
