It was really an agonizing experience going through Cisco hiring process for which I never got the feedback even after repeatedly asking for it. The interviewing panel was extremely unprofessional none of whom (3 people) even bothered to introduce themselves. They seemed disinterested in the whole process right from the moment discussions began. I guess the first person was forced to take the interview since he could not find anyone else. Other guy (tapasee or something) who took me out for lunch did not have a simple courtsey to speak a single word throughout lunch. The third person (i think narhari) asked me my salary expectation and just laughed. I think it was more than appropriate that they did not find me fit enough in the Cisco culture.
