Last November, I applied online and then you might receive an email from a hiring manager if your resume or CV can match with the Job description. There is two-step hiring process, first was video interview , final is going on Assessment Center. After 1 month, I could get an email which was an video interview. The video interview was a normal interview not difficult. I'm still waiting for my result, it's LENGTHY.....it took two months already after an video interview..
