Interview
Begins with a standard HR phone interview. I had a total of 6 in person interview - in one day. All except 1 interview was 1-1. There was 1 3-1 interview. The tone of all of them was very friendly and collaborative - indicative of Cisco Culture. Focus was on specify the outcomes of items on my resume.

There were three rounds technical managerial and the last one was kind of hr where they ask you about your current offers and willingness to relocate and some questions regarding the company

a panel of 5 interviewers and there was a recruiter. I was interviewed individually. I first had an interview with the recruiter. I was placed in a meeting room. Followed by 5 interviewers 1 hour each.

It was very nice . Very polite. Agile process and sdlc question were asked. It was a good , great and an awesome experience. Overall it was a very good knowledge session.
