First, we had to apply to register for the process. Then we had to record a short video explaining why you would be a good fit for the position and what interest you have that align with this position. This was followed by an online interview.
Smooth, technical, analytical. Asked me about my current internships, field of interest, my projects, why I want to hold this position and my strength and weakness during my interview process.

If your coordinating teacher disagrees with your creative event idea, how would you convince him or her? How would you handle a situation where your team members have two different ideas?
