Interview
It is Very well defined process.
There will be two rounds of technical, one round of Manager and one round of HR.
They do the background check after you clear all the interview rounds. Documentations process is also well defined
6 interviews with different teams and engineers including troubleshooting interview. I was originally considered for TAC engineer DC. The 1st interview was screening where I was asked 3 questions. 2nd was scenario based more geared towards DC troubleshooting. 3rd with the Manager for TAC. After this they decided that I should be interviewed for HTTS TAC and held 3 more interviews.
