Interview
One to two behavioral interviews followed by a take home coding task. Then there is a one hour debrief about your code and how you went about solving the problem, followed by the in person super day. My understanding is that there are a number of SDA teams within Citadel and that the interview process is slightly different for each one, so take that as you will. The superday was largely behavioral questions.

After multiple rounds of interviews, including a take-home assignment, they completely ghosted me and never responded to any of my follow-up emails. The complete lack of communication and disregard for candidates' time is disappointing and unprofessional. This experience left a lasting negative impression.
