The interview process for this role was unprofessional from start to finish. -The HR representative initially sent out an email asking applicants for their availability through a donotreply email. Naturally, as a candidate I was confused by this and was uncertain if someone had actually received my information. After a day, the email was resent through the representatives personal email. -When she did call me at the time of my interview she seemed unprepared and put me on hold for a while even though it was a time we had agreed on well in advance. -As she was extremely vague on when I could expect to hear by, I sent a follow up email for confirmation which went unanswered. I was only responded to after a second email was sent after a week and a half since the phone interview. -When I received the rejection email the title was HR Coordinator however the entire body of email was regarding how I have been rejected for the Investor Relations Role.
