It's face to face interview with two or three panelists. Overall good experienced. They asked relatable questions as per experience. Good arrangements for refreshments for candidates. No rush while taking interviews.

There were 3 rounds in total, The First round was an accounting written test Second Round - Technical Manager round Final round - Department head If all goes good then HR discussion for salary compensation and benefits

the call themselves were laid back and not what I would describe as intense or difficult in anyway. The start to end process however was too long and disorganized. It left me fearful that it was a reflection of how the company operates, and from what I've heard and can see here it's fairly true. Overworked and underpaid, I got offered more somewhere else.
