The interview was a Whats App phone call for 15mins. Technology is so poor they do the interviews over whats app - computers don't have video calls, no teams or anything. Very few questions - barely felt like an interview.

Smooth yung hiring process. First ay Assessment and Written Interview then 2nd is Final Interview with supervisor and manager. Yung mga questions ay usual interview questions like tell me about yourself, how do you handle stress/pressure, etc. 2-3 weeks yung period ng hiring process.

At first there were the general introduction of panel about the company and myself.After that the interview process start with the questions about technical and domain knowledge. Accrual expense journal entries and accounting basics. Also about my strength and development areas. Overall excellent process to the point.
