Citco Operations Analyst interview questions

The whole process is going really quick. I got my phone interview the next morning after I submit my application online. After the phone interview, the next day afternoon I receive an email to schedule a face to face interview with me. I had my face-to-face interview on Friday; that coming Monday was Labour day so Citco went back to work on Tuesday and I got a phone call that afternoon to inform me about the offer for OA. I had to say HR was super nice and she tried to make me relax. I had some quiz test: one cash reconciliation, journal entry, and business communication letter. The reconciliations and journal entries are easy and even if you do not get them all right, I think it would not affect the interview result very much. The business letter is important and the question is about apologies to your customers at the same time you have to point out some of their complaints are actually not your company's fault. It mainly tests the applicant about their communication skills. I have 3 staff interviewing me: one Vp，one HR and one manager. They all very kind and if you make some mistakes they point out gently for you. They ask a lot about my resume and past experience and how can I relate these two. I would say a real resume and knowing how to introduce your past experience is really important. they will have a lot of extension questions on your past experience, not the difficult ones; If you prepared your resume in a good way you will be fine. they also ask me some behavior questions based on my past experience.

HR lady was very nice and friendly, trying to make the chat comfortable. Basically asked me to walk through my resume, focused on my past experienced. The phone interview lasted about 30 minutes.
