The woman that did my interview was fabulous! She conducted herself very professionally while maintaing a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. While she mainly stuck by the Companies Interview Guidlines she was able to personalize it in such a way that it was easy for me to give answers. I left the interview feeling great. Even though I did not get the position it was a great experience.

Question 1
How would your current boss or a team member describe you? What would he/she say are your greatest strengths and weaknesses?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Citi (Philadelphia, PA) in Mar 2008
Interview
This was an interview for a company of citigroup that does financial planning for people. The offices were nice but the job in my mind did not take a lot of skill and would have been almost boring although it could also be lucrative. I was looking for something where I could use my talents more and not let my mind grow weak.
The interview itself went well...almost too well and it was obvious that I would be used as a salesman to bring family members into the company as clients so that the vice president could make money off of them and give me about 10% of the comission. I do not exploit family members and I would not like to work for a place where you do not have to think too much.
