Casual talk with the hiring manager. Spoke briefly about my qualifications, relevant experience and my desire to work in the listed role. I had probably 3 separate discussions with the business manager after that about the role and its dynamics. It was very casual after the first conversation.

Total of 3 rounds of interview. Started with HR, Panel interview with 3 colleagues and cfo interview. Quite straightforward, asked more about past and current experience. Emphasis on culture And why I chose citi.
