Phone interview happened first. The phone interview was favorable so was brought in to meet dept members and a more thorough interview was given. Personality, technical knowledge were equally important

Straight forward, no curve ball questions . Basic questions about finance , swaps . Understanding of products . Behavioural questions . Friendly tone. One of the more laid back interviews I have done
