Online Test - Personality Test, multiple rounds posed questions with similar scope and pattern, checking for anomaly in answers and behavioral patterns
Group Discussion - Points for Logical Points, Ability to voice views in a chaotic environment without breaking decorum, ability to drive towards a consensus

We see a lack of focus in your life. You did your Engineering in Computer Science, Worked as a software engineer, came for your MBA in Marketing and Finance, now want to take up this role with a significant sales component. Please explain
Clear, well structured with extensive engagement from talent acquisition team and hiring manager. There were 3 stages, each getting into more details and example of work. Overall feedback is positive as I enjoyed the conversations.
3rd rounds interviews
First with HR
Second with two managers
Final round with Director
The questions are quite direct and sharp.
And the atmosphere is serious, especially Citi is retreating from Taiwan
