Summer Intern: Wintel Systems Analyst Interview

      Oct 24, 2012
      Anonymous employee
      Irving, TX
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Citi (Irving, TX) in Mar 2011

      Interview

Started with an on-campus interview, which was a one-on-one interview that lasted 30 minutes and covered basic experience and competencies such as how a candidate works under pressure, functions in groups, thinks on their feet, i.e. fairly standard interview questions. The second round took place at Citi HQ. Candidates were split up into rooms and interviewed by different hiring managers based on the indicated areas of interest, both from the candidates' interviews and the managers review of the resumes and notes.
