Very professional, through and fair. Had 3 rounds of interview. @ Phone and 1 on site. Overall very fair process. No questions that did not make sense. Interview was with Hiring manager and his peers.

Question 1
What was the biggest challenge you faced and how did you handle?
Pretty straightforward no surprise questions. 2 rounds plus Human Resources. It took awhile as their Human Resources department seems backed up or understaffed. The salary was reasonable but I didn't think I would like the current environment.

Interview
Agency then hiring manager long delays between applying interviews and feedback. Despite positive feedback the delays were concerning as it was an 'urgent' hire. A lot of chasing then told rejected - which did not fit with interview or feedback I suspect the job was pulled but they would not say
Applied through an agency. HR interview with availability, salary expectations, and knowledge of UK and US markets.
Followed by two stages of interviews - one individual and now with 2 colleagues from different departments.
