1st round- common behaviorals and valuation questions. Common IB questions. DCF, free cash flows, different types of valuations, etcetera. They didn't ask me about accounting at all. 1 hour interview ith 2 associates through zoom.

1 FR, 1 SD. FR all techs, moderate difficulty, SD has 3 behaviorals, 1 technical (harder than FR), 1 case study with comps, PE stuff. Very important to know people in the office.
