The interview was relaxed & informative. I was asked about my experience and work background and what was my purpose in pursuing this position. The interview process allowed me to explain detail how I was able to serve the public as an Insurance Agent.

Brief conversation to assess my work experience and interest in employment, and to provide information about the job. The second interview was more intense asking 8 to 10 questions along with additional information in regards to position details and setting up a third interview.
