There was a hirevue then about a month later there was a first round interview with 2 people. One with a senior manager and one with an SVP. Asked what financial statement you like the best and could choose.

The model is a one-on-one interview then superday. Conducted virtually due to the pandemic. Four or five behavioral and one brain teaser. Basically they want to know why citizens and why commercial banking.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Initial phone screening after application for the graduate program. Phone interview lasted 30 minutes and was a mix of behavioral and bran teaser questions. Overall the first round was pretty easy as was just meeting with a Human Resources representative at first.
