I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Citizens in Apr 2010
Interview
I believe there was an hour interview with the bank manager, and then she showed me around the branch, so I was pretty positive I got the position, later on I found out she would show everyone around the branch during interviews, which I thought was weird, getting people's hopes up. I don't believe I had a phone interview, but I did have a detailed quiz online to see if I qualified.

Question 1
What was your most challenging experience you've had growing up?
First you have to complete an online assessment, that once completed is valid for 6 months. If you passed the assessment they schedule an in-person interview at the branch where they ask questions about your education and experiences , to tell about yourself, also role play where you need to respond using the STAR method and its also good to do a little bit of research about the bank and the credit cards they offer.

Question 1
Tell me about a difficult situation you had at your previous job and how did you handle it?
There were 2 interview processes which included one over the phone that asked generic questions and the other in person with the branch manager. Very smooth process and heard back within a week.

Question 1
Customer service experience, what would I do in a difficult situation
I applied online. I interviewed at Citizens (York, PA) in Aug 2023
Interview
The interview process was hard for a teller position that wasn’t anything special. The interview was a bit rude. I was professionally dressed and have a degree in business yet she was short in wording and never got a call or email after.
