Went through multiple interview rounds, including senior leadership, and was led to believe I was a top candidate. After the final interview, I was completely ghosted with no communication or closure.

They asked about my skills and how I would contribute to the team
It was nice and smooth. Directors were pretty helping and welcoming. There were three stage interview process written test, panel interview and final discussion with partner. It was a good experience.

Interview
You start with a Short phone call interview with Hr and proceed to a video call interview with the department team. Process took around 2 weeks. Standard interview process and took some time to coordinate.
There is an initial call with human resources. HR rep tries to paint a rosy picture of the company for you. Then there are two interviews. First with a partner and a manager. Then with senior level staff. The response from HR is very long since this is a rotating door for staff with high turnover.
