      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at City Furniture (Tamarac, FL) in Feb 2019

      Interview

I was recruited from my university's career fair and my overall experience was very smooth. I first had to do a phone interview to tell them about myself and my goals. The following round of interviews were in person at their corporate offices. This interview was about an hour long but it went by fast because they made it feel more like a conversation than an interview. I immediately felt their warm welcoming culture which was very appealing to me. About two days later I got a call back with an offer. After I accepted the offer I started an amazing sales training program where they teach you everything you need to know in order to be successful in sales.
