I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Clark Construction Group (San Diego, CA) in Sep 2018
Interview
There was one HR and one project manager/engineer. The interview was just a casual conversation. They didn't ask any technical questions. I got the interview slot from a career fair. They contacted me in a day to tell me the location and time, etc.
After submitting the application, Clark reaches out for a quick screening call where they ask personality questions. upon passing you head to an in person interview that lasts around 4 hours where you have three one on ones.

So far I have had an initial screening call and that was pretty low stakes. Just the recruiter telling me about the role and the career progression. Next would be a video interview followed by an in-person interview.
