Awful experience. This is a company that has many leaders that have worked there for a long time. As a result, they have a poor sense of reality and don’t care about candidates. They outlined an interview process to begin with starting with a phone screen with a Rec Coordinator, then they didn’t stick to it. Ghosted several times during the process with all sorts of excuses. Failed to manage expectations and did not take the time to get to know you. Instead they were laser focused on asking you their questions with limited time/little time for you to ask your questions. C-suite leadership were disappointing. Expect them to add additional layers including asking for references BEFORE making an offer then taking forever to make a poor decision. That is bad and risky old school recruiting practice.
