Clayco interview questions

As this role was potentially for one of several openings I was asked to have initial phone conversations with a couple of people after my initial vetting from Internal HR. The discussions were open, specific and detailed. Afterward, I was invited to visit their HQ where I met individually with top leadership and department heads related to proposed role(s). Very pleased and quite impressed with this great company and leadership team. In the end I elected to accept an offer that required out of town work, but allowed me to be closer geographically to family after many years away. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone with a very strong skill set looking to work with true peers.

Had several meetings with the head of hiring. Met at his office and had a tour. Then met at a local restaurant. Was overall an enjoyable process, even though I did not ultimately get the job.
