Interview
There was no interview process. I was contacted by a recruiter via email to schedule an interview. I responded within 2 hours of his email but never heard back, even after a follow up. I also never received any rejection notice but saw in my Workday profile that I had been rejected.
Poor communication. Ironic given the job I had applied for. Recruiters and TA can do better in communicating with candidates.
