I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at ClearView Healthcare Partners in Sep 2010
Interview
The interview starts out with some basic questions about you and your interest in consulting. From there it goes into a cookie cutter case where you size a market. The interviewer intentionally tries to make it more difficult by asking increasingly "difficult" (read: needlessly confusing) questions (must be because case itself was pretty simple). Afterward there is an opportunity to ask questions. Overall, a lot hinges on whether you connect with the interviewer, which was difficult since the interviewer was generally a bit awkward.

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ClearView Healthcare Partners (Boston, MA) in Nov 2016
Interview
The interview process consisted of a screening, selection for an on-campus interview, and then a second round. The first round was a 1:1 interview with a current consultant. It was split 5 minutes behavioral and 15 minute case.
