The first round interview was over the phone. It was a simple healthcare case with market sizing and profitability questions. The final round was in the office from 9:00am-3:30pm. It involved 7 interviews with current employees (one was with a founding partner) and a presentation on the company at lunch. The cases were more difficult than the phone interview case and at times felt redundant. Definitely focus on life science types of cases when preparing for interviews at this firm. Despite not receiving an offer, the overall experience was positive because the consultants were pleasant and genuinely interested in hearing more about me and my background.
